The Real Google Phone « HighContrast

This is reputedly the new Google phone, or a late prototype anyway. Apparently Google has about 100 people working on this device. This photo was allegedly leaked to Engadget and then on the HighContrast blog. It is said that it will be available from multiple carriers.

living in a google world – robert scoble

ScobleTalks

This is interesting (Rocky Mountain Voices), Robert Scoble (http://scobleizer.com) in a video talking about how he handles the information overload in his digital world. He uses Google a lot to search and filter information, particularly Google Blogsearch which you can use to filter for blog entries and sort them by date/time. So if you blog about something or even post a comment on a blog, its going to show up there within the hour. He also uses Google Reader, which I am an avid user of. These systems are perfecr for finding out whats going on, but crucially, a way of working out what is going to happen. The trends can be seen when you begin to read hundreds or thousand of feeds (you cant read every word, you filter out what you want to keep). I’m starting to use Twitter too (http://www.twitter.com). Its kind of like an Instant messenger with a drawn out conversation, or a quick one liner blog. Why not join up and add me as a friend? I’m p2_gilbert on Twitter.
